Our company MOVEXIS was established as a limited company in 2006 and is seeking and executing attractive domestic and foreign alternative investments as a complement to traditional financial assets.

The company’s business is dependent on three main pillars:

  2. Investement in Real Estate Projects

INVESTMENTS

Investment in Companies

We are investing in promising companies and projects provided for acquisition of stake in their capital. We focus on small to medium sized businesses that are successful in the market for at least three years, have a clear competitive advantage or unique patents, are debt free and often IPO ready.

Investment in Real Estate Projects

We are investing in real estate projects, regardless of the size and type of the investment. The selection of investment properties and land is mainly in the Czech Republic with a reasonable potential real estate appreciation and income through a longer term lease.

Investment in Arts

Art provides an attractive investment opportunity for many centuries. We cooperate with proven artistic agencies and galleries to find truly unique works of art whose value will in time increase.
